I know the basic differences between these 2 plans--the main thing I want to know is, the Choice states it limits your download speed to 3Mbps tops as where the Plus its wide open reaching whatever speeds it can muster (much higher) but for those of you have have tried both or the ones on the Unlimited "Choice plan" what are your "Actual" download speeds you guys are seeing through Speedtest.com app or the FAST App--is it locked to 3Mbps or are you seeing much less or more?
