Does anyone know how the trade in works? I went on to upgrade my line. Click on the new trade in banner. I have a iPhone 4. Took me to shop now. Pick the phone. Made me sign in and chose my line. Then ask me to check out. That was it. No screen about trade in after I clicked on the new trade in banner in att homepage.
