AT&T upgrade price on 9/21

Is anyone else seeing the pricing from AT&T as not dropping to the normal $200-off upgrade price until 9/21 (if you got the iPhone 5s on launch day last year)?

While waiting a couple of days is not a big deal, it would be great if that price is available on the preorder day of 9/12, but I can't get anything out of AT&T customer support to confirm or deny that.

Anyone having any luck learning more about that date?

I've sold my phone to Gazelle, but paying $549 for the 64gb is obviously better than the full retail price of $749!

My account shows the same date. But I'm just gonna use AT&T Next anyways.
