AT&T Upgrader App: No Terms & Conditions email?

I ordered through the AT&T Upgrader App and the email they had listed (which I didn't have the option of changing) is no longer valid.

I called AT&T about it today and they said that if you used the Upgrader App, no T&C email is sent out anyway so I should be ok according to the rep.

For others who used the App...did you get an email where you had to agree to the Terms and Conditions?

I didn't use the app - but I did order online and I did not receive a T&C email - I called the rep and they told me it was automatically accepted in the ordering process.

I also used the Updater App and only received the initial email confirming the order, no T & C email here either...
