AT&T Users: If I get the iPhone 4S on November 15th, When can I get a full upgrade

I got the iPhone on launch in July last year and will be eligible for a full upgrade in November this year. If I get the 4S in November. When will I be able to get the next full upgrade?

It depends on your monthly bill, if you pay less than $100 per month then you will receive an upgrade at 18-20 months. If you pay more than $100 per month then you can expect one in about 12 months.

Well if it was 16 months since your last contract renewal, expect your next upgrade to be 16-18 months from October 14th.
