I have an activated SIM card on Verizon at the moment. I was wondering if I put the SIM card in an AT&T iPhone 6, will it work? Will I get LTE and everything?

Thanks

AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon iPhone 6/6+ have the same bands.

I have a brand new sealed AT&T iPhone 6 in my hand right now but I have no idea if it's unlocked or not. I want to use my Verizon sim with it.

I bought it from a friend who bought it from his friend. I checked and it has a clean ESN. He doesn't know if it's unlocked or not either. It's brand new though.

You could always just try it. If the phone was purchased from Apple at full price, it's unlocked. If it were purchased from AT&T(full price or not) or Apple at the subsidized price, it's locked.

AFAIK, every AT&T iPhone is locked at sale, until it's unlocked by AT&T later.

Quickest way to find out is to stick the Verizon SIM in it and see what happens. If it says "Invalid SIM" then it's locked. If you see a Verizon banner at the top and signal bars, you're good to go.
