AT&T vs Verizon battery life

Hi. I know that we really don't know how things will be on the iPhone 6, but I'm considering switching from AT&T to Verizon. Based on past iPhones... 5S, has there been a notable difference in battery life between the GSM and CDMA versions? Thanks!
