at&T wifi calling disables text forwarding iPad/mac?

after turning on wifi calling today for at&t, continuity text messages on my iPad and mac no longer works,sending non iMessages gives me failed to send alert on my iPad and mac

can you test if still works for you after turning wifi calling on

Still working for me. Receiving and texting, even sent a text in airplane mode on wifi to a non iPhone and it showed up on my ipad immediately after I sent it over wifi.

after rebooting my phone it works again

I don't know about on my Mac or iPad, but when I'm on ATT wifi at home then leave the house, texts do not send on my iPhone. The only way I get them to send is getting back on ATT wifi
