My Time to rant...
I had Pay as you go plan for my earlier iPhone. I called AT&T 3 TIMES to verify that I can port my number from Pay as you go to Post-Paid. When I went into the store they said they could do it. So, first they used a new number to set the phone up and then they were going to port the number from Pay as you go, but when they tried to port it, it didn't work and I had to wait there for 1 1/2 hour. Still nothing. No port, stuck with new number, and THE PHONE ISN'T EVEN ACTIVATING BECAUSE iTunes is DOWN. WOW WHAT A DISASTER GOD DAMMIT!
