At what time does Apple update the online store?

At what time does Apple update the online store for an iPhone launch? iPhone 4 is launched today in Mexico, but so far only Telcel are Movistar locked versions are been sold in retail...I want the unlocked version from Apple's site but it is not yet available.

Hmm guess the rumors are true and they are not selling the unlocked iPhones yet, only through carriers..oh well........

So far, it's very difficult to acquire the iPhone 4 from whatever provider, especially the 32 gb version. The unlocked version from the Apple store is absolutely impossible to get at this time. Maybe someday... Not anytime soon, I would guess.
Has anyone from Mexico acquired the iPhone 4 yet? Where? How was it?
