Ati 5870/5850 in a Mac Pro for windows?

It might be to soon but has anyone successfully put a ati 5870 or 5850 in a Mac Pro to work under windows? And if so does it start up with out problems with a mac gpu still in it. Assuming base mac gpu so no power connectors are used. I have a 2009 MP. tks

A mac pro booting Windows is basically a PC, no reason it wouldnt work.
