ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT graphics with 256MB doesnt get picked up under vista.

for some reason ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT graphics with 256MB card doesnt support 1920x1200 under windows vista via bootcamp and only picks up the dvi on one of the 2 dvi. Anyone else have this problem??

Can I ask what you did? did you just go to ATI.COM and grab their drivers?

Suprised really that Apple hasnt upgraded bootcamp drivers to include this? or at least to include it in software update once you have installed the bootcamp drivers.

There are also many resolutions that you cannot choose with the apple drivers (like 1400 x 900). So if you wanted to load a game in windowed mode or full screen, that resoulution wouldn't be available.

Downloading the drivers from ATi is a must.

No, since I used to own the mac pro 2.66ghz I was used to burning my own driver disc for vista from bootcamp via osx. But like an idiot I forgot that all the driver disc is the install disc 1 of leopard that you received with he mac pro!
