after reading through many threads in the forum I would like to get confirmed what I hope I understood right:
One last question: which ports of the card can I use?

after reading through many threads in the forum I would like to get confirmed what I hope I understood right:
- Ati Radeon HD 5870 (see attached picture) will work out of the box in Mac Pro 2,1
- Install 10.9 Mavericks on a drive in another supported Mac, replace boot.efi with Tiamo's and place the drive back into the Mac Pro 2,1 will work
- I won't get a boot screen (except via VGA) since it's a PC card
- Flashing the card has the only advantage that it get's addressed with the full PCI 2.0 specs
One last question: which ports of the card can I use?
