Not only will this card let me rotate anything hooked up to it, on my old 20" Dell 2001FP it'll let me raise the res to 2048w x 1536h in landscape and 1536w x 2048h portrait. Previously I was only able to get 1600 x 1200 landscape max. This adds tremendous value to the smaller screens. They can also go 1920 x 1440 both ways which means they can now display native HD. On the 24" it can go to 2048w x 1280h with the HD Playback being 2048 x 1156 and large black bars on top and bottom. So that's a mixed blessing. Plus the 24" can NOT swap dimensions in rotation mode. Only the old 2001FP does that. This is interesting as most of us thought 20" 4x3 screens were passé right? But now I've got my 20" 30% taller than my 30" and perfect for looking at long web pages like all of those in this forum.

There is no apparent degradation to the images when cranking up to these higher resolutions. Just thought yall would want to know this. Main benefit for me is to have an ultra tall 20" in Portrait mode for web browsing.
