ATIcellerator II on 466MHz DA Rage128Pro?

Theres this app called ATIcellerator II; you probably know of this.
Would this work on a Powermac G4 466MHz Digital Audio with a Rage 128 Pro AGP graphics card? To make it faster? And if it were used, would the card need a fan?

Has anyone had any experience with this and how well does it work?
