Att Billing Question - Messaging

Hello,
I am currently on a $90 family plan with my mom and dad with myself added as a $10 a line. My mom is the primary accountholder. Currently on our actual bill, our costs are split like this.
Mom: $80
Dad: $10
Me: $10

If my mom added family unlimited messaging $30, would our bill look like this?
Mom: $110
Dad: $10
Me: $10

or split $30 3 ways.

Mom: $90
Dad: $20
Me: $20

Ok thanks! One last question. My mom is on unlimited data enterprise ($40) on a blackjack 2. I've heard the enterprise does absolutely nothing.

If I change her plan to $15 200MB, (she uses 10MB a month; and yes I know I'd be losing unlimited data option) can she still access her work email? (which is exchange server I think)
