Carrier Att carrier update 24.3??

I recieved a message for a carrier update and tapped update now thought it might be 24.3 but still on 24.2 when I checked, did anyone get the same? I could have been on 24.1 but pretty sure I always update when its out.

Is there a log somewhere that I can see a history or log of updates done to the device?
