ATT Store said when it shipped. But I found I was charged two days after they said I got the shipping notice. That was before the 19th release date though.

I didn't preorder, I just walked into the AT&T store Saturday morning around 10 and bought a 32GB. I just looked at my online banking and they still haven't charged my visa card yet. But I'm sure they won't forget about it.
