So got my new IP 12pro max. I upgraded my one line to a 5g plan and it updated all 7 of my lines. Been noticing data issues since I got the phone. my Data speeds are garbage. and not just on my new iphone but with all my devices. Anyone else having issues? Everytime ATT makes a change to my account i have some new issue. 2 weeks ago due to the change i was unable to get voicemail last week is the Data issue. They can't fix any of it. So was wondering if anyone has had this and has any advice
 
It's been widely documented across the USA using Open Signal that AT&T's 5G is slower than their 4G. At least for now.

Thanks... I have been following but i am getting less than 1mbps on either LTE and 5g. My phone is useless if not on wifi.
 
Was on with support for 7 hours yesterday. Never once did they say they are having any data speed issues. Literally, all 5 of my devices are so slow it can't load a simple webpage.
