Good morning. New iphone 13 pro max with ATT. I have a physical sim card and using it in my new phone. I am getting a settings reminder everyday to set up celluar plan, and wanted to know if this has to do with activating E sim? Is anyone else getting this message everyday?
 
Welp att cant figure it out. They transferred me to apple support and they havent seen this issue either.
 
What happens when you go to Settings - Cellular - Add Cellular plan? Is there an option to add a new ATT plan after the spinning circle?
Yes .. Says choose a celluar plan....... says you can transfer a celluar plan from another device or add a new one.. then shows ATT ( new cellular plan ) then....my daughters phone# and wifes# used as primary.

So if it still says ATT new cellular plan and it's highlighted in white bold text, it is AT&T that needs to delete the request on their end. The positive thing is that it's not going to give you any problems with your current physical SIM card. It's just annoying to have that notification.

Either go to AT&T directly (where they'll use their connections to dial up tech support) or call tech support directly over and over. In all honesty, their tech support is a POS and very dependent on how much the person on the other line cares.

The other option is to have a new SIM card cut for your daughter's / wife's number, and pop that in. That'll stop things real quick.

Quick commentary: AT&T and eSIM don't mix

I never called them. I just clicked on ATT choose cellular plan and i got the circle and it proceeded. Looks like im not on E sim, and shows convert to esim in blue. As of right now im not getting those notifications.
