So I'm moving on Tmobile tmr

Currently I have an ATT account with no contract
does that mean I can upgrade for $200
pay ETF of $350 and monthly fee of $80 whilst transferring to Tmobile?

your phone wont be unlocked right away. It usually takes ATT like 12 hours to do it. On a launch day, they might be super busy.

what i recommend is paying the ETF to get out of contract, but keep the line active. then unlock. then when its unlocked, port over.

im in the same boat as you, but i have 2-3 weeks before my contract expires, so i'm just buying a full price AT&T iphone 5s (if they let me), and then porting over when my contract expires.
