[ATT] Exchange black for white?

like the title says, i ordered and received my black 32gb 4s today, but i was wondering if i could maybe exchange it for a white one? i still havent opened my box.

i know people who ordered from app are able to do it, would i be able to go to an apple store and do the same considering i ordered through ATT? or can i go to the ATT store?
