Have any of you ordered a watch from AT&T online and been through the exchange process? My wife S6 came in yesterday but it has a weird imperfection where the glass meets the bezel. We want to exchange it for another same make and model.
I've never exchanged anything with them but based on experience with the phone start with online chat support. Those folks are US based and can tell you where to start (my local store recommended I use them versus calling in when I had a phone trade in issue). It might be a delay unless she has an Aluminum model (they seem to have those in the stores, but not the SS models).... Good luck!
