I got black iPhone 7 on trade in deal that ended in September. It is not a big upgrade comparing to iPhone 6S and screen is not blueish white as I prefer. I offered it to my wife but she does not like black. Would ATT or Apple replace it and let me keep the promo?

Other people who haven't received their phones yet who tried to switch colors (cancel original order and re-order new color) were told they would lose the offer.
With you having received your phone I don't know what they'd do. Probably the same thing.
They don't do exchanges so you'd have to return yours and order another so you'd be in the same boat as the others.
Have you already surrendered your 6? That might change things since they can't return it to you.
Then they might have to honor the deal.
