ATT LTE network in nj slow?

For the past few days at work i been getting slow or no connection when on LTE i think either something is going on with the towers or it could be the new solar panels installed outside. anyone having any issues in jersey.

I have almost 50 mb down on new LTE in Ocean county.

Mine has been weird in north nj also, I stream music on my long commutes to work and it used to be rock solid, but lately I keep getting tons of dead areas and dropped music. Signal still shows ok on phone, but music will drop and sit there loading for ages.
