I have to say that I got the solution from people on this forum and I will not take any credit. Just a friendly bump

1) log into At&t
2) go to wireless
3)go to 3g MicroCell
4)delete any numbers on your account (you cant delete the main number)
5)re- enter all of your other numbers and save
6)unplug your Mcell for at least 10 seconds and plug back in
7)wait 5 minutes and reset your iPhone 6
8) boom.....your welcome!

On the AT&T forums, it was mentioned that changing the name of your microcell will also make it work. You don't have to reset/reboot, either device.

Though I did remove everyone but myself and re-add them. It wasn't until I changed the name of the device that it finally saw the "AT&T M-Cell"

One bar at my house, sometimes its LTE sometimes Edge. It's the way the signal is formed. When you look at the signal map, it seems the signal goes right around my street! lol. The tower is maybe 300 yards away. AT&T put up a cell, looking like a flag pole. Not good.

At my work, about 100 yards away, they have more than 3 cells on a tall industrial tower. I get 5 bars LTE there. By the end of the day, sometimes my battery is at 90%.
