ATT Network problems

In the last 2 days, my iPhone will not pick any signal from ATT. When I does pick up a signal, it is only one bar. When I take my sim card out and put it into my old razor, I get full bars in the same spot. I did install all the latest updates. I did restart the phone. (Pushing and holding the top button), but to no avail. Should I restore my iPhone from the restore function in iTunes? Are there any more options?
