Carrier ATT Next Payoff

So if I understand this correctly, after you pay two installements on Next, and as long as your account is in good standing, I can then completely pay off the rest of the phone? I only ask because the Best Buy website was being a pain and didn't offer the option to just buy the iPhone out right (also Best Buy is charging $100 more for this option). So I was forced to choose next but would like to pay it off asap.

It's my understanding you can pay off at any time you just need to call them to do it. I just looked at the agreement I received this AM from Apple and it says you can payoff at anytime with no penalty.

Okay great! It's kind of annoying that Best Buy had to up the price which forces you not to buy out right when preordering :/
