FYI, AT&T refurbished iPhones are not the same as Apple refurbished iPhones.

AT&T just repackages a previously used and returned iPhone (AT&t uses the Erase All Content and Settings to flash the memory). They also been known to have scratches and sometimes be jailbroken.

I noticed these as well a couple weeks ago, keep getting emails about them actually.

Hmm, was it this soon (about 10-12 weeks after launch) that we got 3g and 3gs refurbs or do they just have a LOT of them coming in.
