ATT order change, and case?

so I just checked my order status and it says 0 under backorder. Does that mean it's gonna be sent now? Since it still says "in progress."
How long does this take, like 3-4 days?

Also, I want to get a case ASAP but whats the deal with this free case thing. Should I buy one from bestbuy or do I like wait and apply for it off apples site?
I want a case not a bumper. When can I do this?
