Att order status error

So I ordered 2 iphone 4s by phone on the 29th. I was sent an order number that day but when I check it on the website it says it cant find anything. Anyone know why this doesnt work?
 
did that too and still doesnt work. I called them and they said it was still in processing how long should this take. Im a new customer
