No it doesn't. I got the same thing on Friday and I'm still back-ordered

I ordered at 7 am...but didn't accept the Terms and Conditions email until 10 pm. I hope your right about the Shipping thing.

I keep hearing about this terms and agreement thing, I pre-ordered on friday and haven't accepted anything.
