Att Preorder Question

I was going to preorder my iPhone at 3 am but I fell asleep (Stupid Me)...Anyway the next morning after I woke up I immediately called at&t and placed a preorder. I received the email to accept the terms and conditions at like 10 pm that night but was charged instantly after the order. When I placed the order they said I will receive the phone on launch. But it goes by whoever accepted the terms and conditions first. But when do yall think I will receive it sense I didn't accept them until 10 pm.?

When did you order and accept the term. I was stupid and didn't check my spam mail where the email was. So I waited until 10 pmish.
