Att price increase question

so now for a second time they will increase my unlimited plan so I want to cancel but my question is I have a installment plan and it started 2 months ago do I have to pay that off or will they waive that? If I knew this was coming I would of not signed up for a installment plan...

You're going to have to pay off the phone first if you're going to cancel. Granted, if you're porting your number to Verizon, T-Mobile, etc. they'll pay up $650 when you switch.

Believe me they are not going to "waive" you payment installments because you want to leave.

I financed a large Ford pickup truck a few months ago, not realizing gas prices were going to increase. So I am thinking of switching to a Honda Accord. Regarding the truck, do I have to pay that off or will they waive that?

If your phone was on a contract they would waive the ETF (payments). Might be one reason they no longer have contracts....

They will let you get out of contract ETF free if you were under a 2 year agreement and got the iphone for $199 the old school way.
If you're making next installment payments as soon as you cancel you have to pay the remaining of the payments in full.

Verizon is the king of jacking prices and keep coming out with new fees to nickel and dime their customers lol

Verizon ended 2 year contracts too so you wont be under contract for too long.

Not for those under contract! I'm still paying the same I did 5+ years ago for unlimited data. I'm also under contract until October so I have plenty of time.

In general they are the kings of fees and raising prices.
