I've never once had any issue with contacting AT&T for support/sales.

When you say they never answer, how long are you waiting on the phone? once you navigate to the appropriate area and select the option to talk to a human, they generally pick up the phone after a few minutes.

Hi, I might be getting a job at Sears this coming week, and wanted to know if ATT has discounts for Sears employees like other companies do. Thought there might be someone on here who can share since ATT is a long drive. Thanks!

If you check the AT&T FAN site, emails w/ @searshc.com say they qualify for a discount.

Whether or not the specific position you're applying for gets one, who knows.
