I know this has been discussed but didn't see this issue. If you have a Verizon iPhone it will have an IMEI that starts with 99. The AT&T version starts with 01. If you activate the Sam you will not have mobile hotspot or visual voicemail. You will need an AT&T iPhone five with the IMEIthat starts with 01. I found an iPhone five at an AT&T store and use that to activate my account. I wanted to give everyone a heads up that was buying a Verizon iPhone to use on AT&T. Also remember that LTE will not work.
