ATT store opening times?

Sorry if this has already been discussed but does anyone know what time the brick and mortar ATT stores will open for business on launch day? I am picking up my GSM unlocked iPhone at an Apple Store (personal pickup) but I need to visit an ATT company store in order to get a new SIM card since I am currently using a 4S. The store I want to go to says regular hours open at 10am but I am wondering if it will open earlier on launch day...?
