So I traded in my phone for the $200 credit. Couldn't preorder in the store because it was packed, but ATT person told me I could use the $200 card online, which I couldn't! Can I have it applied to my preorder that I made online after the fact?

Ordered 64gb iPhone 6+ space grey with delivery 11-9 / 11-27
