I just got an unlimited data plan transferred in my name and was wondering if the statements are all electronic or mailed to my service/billing address.

You will just get an email saying your data plan was renewed - no statement is sent ahead of time.

I am on auto pay and get an email renewal each month. I don't remember if that is automatic or whether I opted for email statement delivery. If you log in to your account or call AT&T it should be pretty easy to confirm where your account info is going. Probably a good idea anyway if you bought it from someone else you don't know.

You get an email confirming renewal each month. Make sure you update your CC info prior to its expiration date b/c if AT&T can't charge the CC on file your unlimited is immediately canceled.
