Att unlimited iphone plan

What is the process to sell/give my ATT Iphone unlimited data plan away.

I have two recently upgraded iPhone 5's and both are unlimited data plans, however we both use less than 2gig of data a month and we just purchased 2 wifi Ipad minis and want to be able to tether them when we are traveling and out and about.

I heard people will pay for the unlimited, but what is the ATT process to transfer the plan? Thank you.

I feel that the "Unlimited" Plan isn't the greatest of value for us now. They will keep ommiting key features to try to make you switch, so if I can make some money offloading our unlimited data plans I would like to try.
