So if my upgrade option says I may be qualified for an upgrade on 11-16-11 would it be a full upgrade or a partial discount? my contract is up 6-15-12.

FULL.
The secret is to spend over $100 a month to get yearly upgrades. (at least with ATT)
Also, I'm eligible on Nov 25th, but I called ATT today and they said if I called back after Nov 1st, they could do it then.

It's been reported that after this last go round with upgrades that the yearly upgrades are done and everyone will be required to wait 18 months going forward regardless of how much you spend.
