ATT voicemail password problem

Hi,

IP5 whenever I go to voicemail, its asking me to put a password, but in my old ip4 I don't remeber entering password for voicemail.

Anyone else having the same problem, how to fix this?

Do I have to call ATT?

Just call AT&T.. dial 611 on your iphone

It's an automated process when you call 611. Select voicemail, then reset password. They will instantly text you a temporary pass code.
