macOS Attach workflow to application launch

I have created a workflow that changes the page setup in firefox.
How do I get this workflow to run everytime firefox is launched?
In other words, is there a way to have an application launch trigger a workflow? (or to trigger an automaker application, or to trigger an apple script?)
