mavericks fancy app nap feature except excessive beachballs also reduce application performance specifically i had slow performance with photoshop CS6 which confirmed with benchmarks after right click in application and deselect app nap feature all back to normal another nasty bug for people with work-based workflow.

Not an OS bug but bad coding in the application. That's why Mavericks has the checkbox to disable App Nap for ill-behaving applications.

1. When you typed that, you didn't think you sounded ridiculous?
2. As Talmy pointed out, you can disable App Nap for CS6 if it bothers you.

Maybe you fanboys sound ridiculous like sheeps for slaughter.I paid for apple hardware to use the os x and its wannabe fancy technologies if i disable them then why to pay 3000 euros for an iMac and don't just buy a windows 700 euros more powerful box:confused:

I wouldn't be too quick to praise Adobe if Reader/Acrobat is any indication of the quality of their programmers.

(Hint: take a look at the abundance of security issues that needed to be addressed over the short period of time)
