This is targeted towards anyone who is retired Navy, so if you don't understand the lingo, just ask...

Anyway, are you retired Navy and had kids who were on the EFM program? If so, then they are entitled to full benefits for life, but they had to have been enrolled in the EFM program.

I would imagine it would be the same for other services. I think the other services have an EFM program, too.
