aTV 2.4 shows Handbrake aTV-preset as HD

After upgrading to 2.4 my Apple TV now show all of my Handbrake rips of x264 720p material ripped with the aTV-preset as HD. This wasnt the case with the previous fw.

The rips themselves are mostly 967x544 in resolution. And now you have to modify it to less than 960xheight for it to appear as SD.

In my world I dont want content other than 720p, 1080i and 1080p to appear as HD.
