ATV 2 not connecting

i have ATV 2 wireless to router. I get usual screen about connect to wifi. Air play works.
But pressing menu button will not connect to internet.
I have restarted several times. I have an ATV1 and moved that to same room. It works every time.
Any ideas welcome.
