ATV 4 & Apple Care

Nope. I didn't see the need for it since my ATV will stay on it's shelf its entire life and there are no moving parts and no wear and tear.

This. And it is not applecare+, so would not cover damage anyways.

Most credit cards have an extended year warranty on them as well.

I didn't get it, but *might* consider it seeing how fragile the remote is with the glass cover and having wood floors.

Not for me. Haven't bought AppleCare on any other hardware and don't see the point on the ATV.

Oh the subject of the remote, I've seen it mention a few times now that how fragile it is. Has anyone actually broken on yet?

That seems weird to me too. I cannot see it cracking from a fall.
