ATV 4k and Apple ID to access itunes?

Hi all

I am trying to find the answer if I buy the ATV4k, in order to access iTunes I will need to sign in with my apple id correct? Will the pictures app show all pic related to my apple id? will it show hidden or deleted albums too?

what if someone wants to show the pictures that are on their iPhone, do they airplay or need to sign in?
