ATV audio sync

I just got the Jurasic Park Series from a friend in mp4 format. They play perfectly on my macbook. I loaded them in itunes on the home mac mini. I go to play them from my ATV3 and there is an audio sync issue. WHy would my mac play it fine and the ATV3 have an issue with it?
